ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

Order Processing

After your payment is verified, please allow 5-10 days for delivery due to expected high volume.

Shipping Options

Shipping: Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse in Kansas via UPS or FedEx. 

Local pick-up: You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up at our facility: 14710 W. 105th Street, Lenexa, KS. We are open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. 

Wrong Address (Return to Sender)

If your order is returned by the shipping company because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.

Refusing Delivery (Return to Sender)

If your order is returned by the shipping company because you refused delivery, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. That email has a link to your personal Order Status page which has updated tracking information. Here is an example of the information you'd see on the Order Status page:
